	The Cerfogli family is caring the culinary art since more than 18 years: dad Ermanno, mom Teresa in the kitchen, Ivan and Davide in the dining-rooms. They created a warm and confortable atmosphere into this wonderful old mansion dated back 1600 and recently restored with its stone walls, wood and colours and fire-places. A pure, traditional and rural gastronomic culture where the real protagonist are the wood and brushwood fruits, above all mushrooms and truffles. All the pasta entrèe are handmade as well as the desserts. A particular care and attention to the wine with a large choice of italian and foreign precious bottles, kept into the natural atmosphere of the old mansion wine-cellar.
